Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course, using our website, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Student" or "Parent/Guardian") and Al-Zahideen Taleem-ul-Quran Academy.

Enrollment & Registration

  1. Enrollment is confirmed only after submission of required student information and payment of the first month's fee.
  2. Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  3. The Academy reserves the right to reject any enrollment application without providing reasons.
  4. A free assessment test is conducted before enrollment to determine the appropriate course level.
  5. Seats are limited — enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  6. Students must be available for their scheduled class times at the time of enrollment.

Fees & Payment Policy

  • Monthly fees must be paid by the 5th of each month. Late payments may result in class suspension.
  • Fees are non-refundable once a month has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at the Academy's discretion.
  • Fee rates are subject to revision with 30 days prior notice to enrolled students.
  • Sibling discounts and financial assistance are available — contact us for details.
  • No fee is charged for the free initial assessment session.
  • Payment receipts will be provided upon request.
💡 Fee Reminder Non-payment of fees for two consecutive months may result in cancellation of enrollment without prior notice.

Attendance & Classes

  • Regular attendance is mandatory. Students with less than 70% monthly attendance may be asked to withdraw.
  • Class reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp.
  • The Academy will make reasonable efforts to accommodate reschedule requests but cannot guarantee them.
  • Public holidays and Islamic occasions may result in class cancellations — students will be notified in advance.
  • Repeated unexplained absences may result in automatic withdrawal from the program.

Code of Conduct

All students and parents/guardians are expected to:

  • Treat teachers and staff with full respect and Islamic etiquette (Adab)
  • Maintain a clean and quiet learning environment during online or physical classes
  • Not record video/audio of classes without prior written permission from the Academy
  • Not share course materials, lesson recordings, or teacher contact details with unauthorized persons
  • Dress appropriately according to Islamic guidelines for all classes
  • Report any concerns through proper channels — see our Support page
🚫 Zero Tolerance Abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward teachers or staff will result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

Online Class Terms

  • Students must have a stable internet connection and a functioning device for online classes.
  • Online sessions are conducted via WhatsApp video call or Zoom — students must have these apps installed.
  • Recording of online sessions by students is strictly prohibited without written consent.
  • The Academy is not responsible for technical issues on the student's end (internet, device problems).
  • If connection is lost during class, students should reconnect immediately. The missed time will not be compensated.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, lesson plans, study guides, and content created by Al-Zahideen Academy teachers are the intellectual property of the Academy. Students may use materials for personal learning only. Redistribution, sale, or publication of our materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Termination of Enrollment

Either party may terminate enrollment with 7 days written notice. The Academy may terminate enrollment immediately (without notice) in cases of:

  • Misconduct or abusive behavior toward teachers/staff
  • Non-payment of fees for two consecutive months
  • Attendance falling below 50% for two consecutive months
  • Violation of the Code of Conduct
  • Providing false information during registration

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion and Islamic principles of reconciliation (Islah). If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.

General Disclaimer

How do I pay my fees?
Fees can be paid via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or cash at our academy. Contact us on WhatsApp for payment account details. Please always request a receipt after payment.
Can I change my class timing?
Yes, reschedule requests can be made with at least 24 hours notice via WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate, subject to teacher availability. Frequent reschedules may affect your enrollment status as per our Terms & Conditions.
What if I have a complaint about my teacher?
Please contact our management directly on WhatsApp or email. All complaints are handled confidentially and professionally. We take teacher conduct very seriously and will investigate any valid complaint promptly.
How do I get my completion certificate?
Upon successful completion of a course, your teacher will recommend you for certification. Contact our support team to initiate the certificate process. Physical certificates are issued at our academy, digital certificates can be sent via WhatsApp/email.
How is my personal data used?
